Cancelled Orders
You must contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. Orders may not be cancelled if they have already been shipped.

Taxes & Duties
All taxes & duties are your responsibility. We collect taxes for the State of Michigan only. You are responsible for any state, local or other sales/use taxes.

Shipping Location
As a benefit for our customers, many items ship direct to you from a Fulfillment House in Michigan. This provides for the fastest possible delivery times. If we do not have your item available, we will notify you immediately.

International Orders
We ship to most countries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and are pulled directly from USPS and FedEx. Shipping charges will be displayed at the beginning of checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently offer USPS and FedEx shipping. We reserve the right to change shipping vendors at our discretion. However, if you ordered next day air you will still get next day air shipments. If we change shipping vendors, this will be done at no additional charge to the customer.

Shipping Times
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is placed.
On orders shipped Overnight or 2Day, all shipping carriers reserve the right to
extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our
control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Claims for Loss or Damage
Count and inspect all packages carefully before signing delivery receipts. The buyer must notify Prescription Golf of shipping damage by email within 10 days of receiving the package. Prescription Golf will file the claim. The shipper’s claims officer will contact the purchaser to inspect the shipping box and the golf club to verify the claim. Upon verification by the shipper, a replacement club will be sent to the buyer.

Returns
All sales are considered final. If we made a mistake with your order, we will try to correct the situation right away. Return authorization is necessary prior to any returns. Please contact us within 10 days to request a return authorization. Returned items must contain any manuals and/or documentation that originally shipped with the product.
Absolutely no returns of used items. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is damaged or in an unsaleable condition, is returned without all accessories and/or documentation, has been misused, is shipped with payable by the receiver or is returned without an RMA number.
Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Warranty
Prescription Golf has a 10 day limited replacement warranty for faulty materials and workmanship. Please see Warranty and Indemnity Agreement. You must agree to this agreement to place an order.
